At Zee Stella Aziz Facial Aesthetics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review our refund policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:
    • It should be in the same condition as when you received it.
    • It must be unworn or unused.
    • The original tags should be intact.
    • It should be in its original packaging.
    • You’ll need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Initiating a Return

  • If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on where to send the package.
  • Please do not send items back without requesting a return; they will not be accepted.

3. Damages and Issues

  • Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately.
  • If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us promptly.
  • We’ll evaluate the issue and take appropriate action to make it right.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Certain items cannot be returned:
    • Custom products (special orders or personalized items)
    • Personal care goods (such as beauty products)

5. Sale Items and Gift Cards

  • Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

6. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the approval status.
  • If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
